Komax belts by Bervina

Bervina timing belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are one piece molded without joint, consists of steel, kevlar, inox, polyester or fiber glass reinforcement. We offer a large selection of tooth profiles and lengths for different applications. We design and produce tooling for new applications in house. We produce cast timing belts in the length range of 150mm – 1500mm, available hardness of the material is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 – 200 °C On demand it is possible to deliver belts in different colours. According to the field of use we can design cleats onto the backside of the belt. These cleats are made by casting process so the belt is one piece molded, in this way the life span is extended.

Kodera C371A Wire Cut and Strip Machine

The Kodera C371A Cut & Strip Machine is an extremely robust cut & strip machine allowing processing of wires and cables up to 11mm diameter and conductor sizes up to 10mm². With its powerful drive system and blade mechanism, it can process many challenging materials including AVSS, VSF, IV, KV, UL, Teflon, Glass Wire, etc.

Kodera C371A Wire Cut and Strip Machine

The Kodera C371A wire Cut & Strip Machine is an extremely robust cut & strip machine allowing processing of wires and cables up to 11mm diameter and conductor sizes up to 10mm². With its powerful drive system and blade mechanism, it can process many challenging materials including AVSS, VSF, IV, KV, UL, Teflon, Glass Wire, etc.

This model is based on Casting C351 which was the flagship machine supplied by Kodera for many years. It was developed with identical ideas but using new technology. Its processing speed is twice as fast as the Casting C351. The built-in memory allows saving and quick re-loading of programs. A large range of blade forms is available for optimized stripping of different insulations.
