Komax belts by Bervina

Bervina timing belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are one piece molded without joint, consists of steel, kevlar, inox, polyester or fiber glass reinforcement. We offer a large selection of tooth profiles and lengths for different applications. We design and produce tooling for new applications in house. We produce cast timing belts in the length range of 150mm – 1500mm, available hardness of the material is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 – 200 °C On demand it is possible to deliver belts in different colours. According to the field of use we can design cleats onto the backside of the belt. These cleats are made by casting process so the belt is one piece molded, in this way the life span is extended.

Z+F AI04 Wire Stripper

Exact stripping of different insulated wires up to an outer diameter of 8 mm is possible. Adjustments are very easy to handle with an adjustment knob.

The Z+F AI04 wire stripper is a simple and intuitive wire end stripper. Simply enter in the wire size, length of the strip and pull off if required. Very easy to use and gives accurate repeatability with fast results.

The AI04 is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Exact stripping of different insulated wires up to an outer diameter of 8 mm is possible. Adjustments are very easy to handle with an adjustment knob.

The Z+F AI04 wire stripper is a simple and intuitive wire end stripper. Simply enter in the wire size, length of the strip and pull off if required. Very easy to use and gives accurate repeatability with fast results.

This machine comes with blades that can be turned around for double the lifetime on each set of blades, saving consumable costs over time.
