If you have any queries, we will gladly help over the phone if it’s something we feel can be resolved remotely.
However, this isn’t always the case and on the rare occasion that a tool needs to be returned, we will happily have it sent to us and carry out the service work in our own workshop to ensure the tool returns running exactly as it should be.
Just send us the tool and some wire and crimp samples and we’ll ensure that we get you up and running again with the shortest down time.
