Komax belts by Bervina
Bervina timing belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are one piece molded without joint, consists of steel, kevlar, inox, polyester or fiber glass reinforcement.
We offer a large selection of tooth profiles and lengths for different applications. We design and produce tooling for new applications in house. We produce cast timing belts in the length range of 150mm – 1500mm, available hardness of the material is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 – 200 °C
On demand it is possible to deliver belts in different colours.
According to the field of use we can design cleats onto the backside of the belt. These cleats are made by casting process so the belt is one piece molded, in this way the life span is extended.
