Komax belts by Bervina

Bervina timing belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are one piece molded without joint, consists of steel, kevlar, inox, polyester or fiber glass reinforcement. We offer a large selection of tooth profiles and lengths for different applications. We design and produce tooling for new applications in house. We produce cast timing belts in the length range of 150mm – 1500mm, available hardness of the material is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 – 200 °C On demand it is possible to deliver belts in different colours. According to the field of use we can design cleats onto the backside of the belt. These cleats are made by casting process so the belt is one piece molded, in this way the life span is extended.

GLW MC40 Stripper Crimper

The electro-pneumatic stripping and crimping machines MC 40-1 and MC 40L reliably process loose wire-end ferrules with plastic collars. The MC 40-1 is equipped as standard with crimping tools with cross sections of 0.5-1.5 mm². Optional tool kits are available for cross sections 0.25-0.34/2.5/4 mm² and AWG conductors (thick insulation).

GLW MC40 Stripper Crimper

The GLW MC40 stripper crimper: Electro-pneumatic stripping and crimping machines MC 40-1 and MC 40L reliably process loose wire-end ferrules with plastic collars.

The MC 40-1 is equipped as standard with crimping tools with cross sections of 0.5-1.5 mm². Optional tool kits are available for cross sections 0.25-0.34/2.5/4 mm² and AWG conductors (thick insulation).

The MC 40L processes cross-sections of 4/6 and 10 mm². Both machines can be adjusted to the desired cross-section and crimping length in just a few simple steps. Stripping and crimping takes place in a single work step. When the crimping dies are changed, all variable parameters are automatically set correctly
